This week’s issue of the Philadelphia Weekly – available for free all over town in yellow honor boxes – has an awesome cover featuring PHIT performers/instructors/directors Kristen Schier and Amie Roe, and an even more awesome feature story inside (“Philly Comedienne’s of Comedy”) that includes quotes from and sections about other great female comedians around Philadelphia who have also appeared on PHIT’s stage, including: Meg Favreau, Carolyn Busa, Mary Radzinski, Mary Carpenter, and Karen Getz.
