2013 FRINGE Spotlight: Alley of Nightmares

(Philadelphia, PA) July 15, 2013 – Philly Improv Theater (PHIT) is proud to announce AlleyofNightmares_Promotional_Image“Alley of Nightmares” as part of their line-up for the 2013 Fringe Festival. “Alley of Nightmares” is an hour-long, live sketch comedy show inspired by classic horror anthologies of the last fifty years (The Twilight Zone, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Tales From the Crypt, Creepshow). The show is hosted by a ghastly ghoulie, The Gatekeeper, who guides the audience through a labyrinth of hilariously horrifying sketches tackling a range of spine-chilling topics from alien invasion to killer psycho clowns. The show, which was created by Rob Baniewicz (Meg & Rob, Camp Woods, Dog Mountain) and Paul Triggiani (Secret Pants, The Flat Earth, Fuse TV’s Munchies), features the writing and performing talents of an all-star team of Philadelphia comedians. “Alley of Nightmares” promises to be so enjoyable that you’ll enjoy yourself… to death!
