Improv 101 – “Intro to Improvised Scenework”: Students will learn the basic improv concept of “Yes, and..” and discover how a scene can be created through agreement. They will also learn important basic improv skills like: creating characters, establishing relationships, exploring scenes with objects and environment work. Students will then combine these skills to create fully improvised scenes with a partner.
Dates: Tuesdays, November 12th, 2013 through January 21st, 2014 (no class 12/24/13 and 12/31/13, snow day on 12/10/13 extended class to 1/21/2014)
