In 2007, John Buseman was just another bored young 20 something from New Jersey who knew two things about himself: 1) he loved comedy, and 2) he needed to do comedy before he went crazy.Luckily, he found the Philly Improv Theater and began taking classes in January 2008. John has studied at PHIT with Mark Bringhurst, Greg Maughan, Matt Holmes, and Alexis Simpson. He has also workshopped with Tybrus, Mark Sutton, Asaf Ronen, and Jill Donnelly.  He is a founding member of the PHIT Resident Group Fletcher, who are all very funny and sexy.

John's other performances include a short play for a college theater class, which he wrote and starred in.  John’s acting was acceptable, and the script was fantastic until all the girls in his group refused to play lesbians and changed the ending.
