New to Improv and wondering if a class is right for you? New to Philly looking to just try a fun activity and meet some people? Maybe you’ve had some time away from classes and performance and your are feeling a little rusty?
Take our Intro Drop In.
These 90 min drop in workshops allow curious students to sample some of the fun things you’ll learn in an 8 week Level 101 improv class.
During the Intro Drop In you’ll be introduced to a few key improv concepts like Yes And, spontaneity, creative collaboration. You’ll even dip your toes into some improvised scene work. We promise you will laugh and have a great time.
These workshops are a lot of fun and perfect for people of all experience levels, all walks of life, and all ages; From people that are looking to make a go of improvising, improve public speaking confidence, to those looking try something new, meet new folks, and have fun for and hour or so.
There is a $20 non refundable fee to hold your place in a Drop In. Please note, there is no obligation to register for a full class when you join our drop in sessions. Just come ready to laugh and play for 90 mins.
That said, we feel confident you will have such a great time you will want to sign up for a full class. That’s why, when you sign up for a full class, we apply your $20 fee to the cost of that class.** It’s like getting a FREE WORKSHOP!
A Note About Covid Safety
Philly Improv Theater is a fully vaccinated workspace. Everyone, including audiences, students, workshop participants is required to show proof of vaccination (CDC card or clear digital copy is acceptable) before being allowed to attend any event or class. Read our Health and Safety policy here.
**Student must sign up for full class within 5 days of attending in order to apply their $20 fee to a full class registration.
Drop In fee may only be applied to a single class.
