At this time, Philly Improv Theater is not presenting in-person or virtual performances.

PHIT continues to monitor the guidance from public health agencies and officials regarding the timing of our re-opening. We currently have no anticipated date for the return of performances (either virtually or in-person). As soon as it is safe to do so, we’ll get back to putting on shows and will be excited to welcome you into our space again!

Book Club

November 3, 2018 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

In Book Club Courtney and Frank Farrell choose a book that will then be explored through discussion and performance pieces. Read the book and then come through with some baked goods to share and be a part of this interactive experience. Don’t have time to read and want to download and listen to the book at no cost to you? Here’s our audible trial link!

In this installment of Book Club Courtney and Frank will lead a lively discussion centered around Malcolm Gladwell’s The Tipping Point. They’ll also have performances inspired by the book, wine, facts and/or figures, and maybe even some hush puppy shoes. Tell people about this show! Especially if you’re a “salesperson”.
